The place is pathetic! Lazy unwelcoming staff, stuffy dining area, bad food. If there’s Zero star rating this suits are way below zero. One of the directors called ADAM is rude unprofessional and a liar. We went there a group of 4 women and we had a bad experience with him. While booking we booked bed and breakfast and he told us to send money directly to him. He kept calling to insist we pay the deposit which we did a week before date of arrival. The first morning when we went for breakfast we found nobody in the dining area , the receptionist told us our room did not include breakfast! We called Adam and forwarded the email conversations while booking together with hotel booking-confirmation which included breakfast but he insisted we had to pay. It had to take the intervention of the other director for us to have breakfast but on the second morning we paid. Adam should not be in the hospitality industry, he had the audacity to even come start a confrontation with us long after the breakfast issue was settled. There was a night we went out and came back to the suits late at about 1am and we found the gate locked with no one there. Small city hotel with no particular charm but very correct and comfortable. Good value for money.

Liked · The room I was assigned had nothing special, but it was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and clean. I had a very large bed with a convenient mosquito net, in addition to a desk, a chair, a small sofa, a closet, a TV and A/C. I was provided with two bottles of cold water and an electric kettle to make tea or instant coffee. The bathroom was very big and clean too. It had liquid soap inside the shower and near the sink. The staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming.

We booked this hotel with a down payment for a two night stay for bed and breakfast.And even went further to call the hotel to verify the details . We were welcomed very well on the first day but they kept asking for the balance. when we when we went to have a breakfast the following morning, we find that one of the managers Adam,had instructed the staff not to serve us breakfast as we had not paid for it while the booking confirmation clearly indicated that the room rate included breakfast. we had an over 45 minute argument with Adam before the other manager stepped in.
