McDonald's — Restaurant in Hawally

There was an overall delay with the delivery of food. The French fries were served 4 minutes after. The staff was very courteous to bring it to the table. I am a regular consumer of big tasty and this branch has disappointed me completely. The food was cold, the fries although served fresh were soggy and the drink was without fizz.

There was no taste in the food or the beverage.

The location is clean, the staff is amazing.

This place needs to work on their kitchen equipment and employ more staff.

Terrible branch. Smells awful, the stench of the toilet especially will stay on you for hours. You will usually get stale hard fries because of the long order ques which keep piling up while the staff make jokes in the kitchen.

If you're in the area - go to literally any other branch. Also the seating area is an awkward mess. There are only 3 normal booths while the rest of the tables are all real close to each other. There's a kiddy area but I wouldn't trust how safe or...

This restaurant is situated on the main road and is easy accessible. There's no change in Menu it's the same in all MC Donald's. Same fries, burgers, coffee, ice-cream.. However, it's not a Healthy option. They have a dedicated and a small play area for your little ones.
