Swaad — Restaurant in Salmiya

I was excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The food quality was poor—too much chutney overwhelmed the flavors, and many dishes tasted bland or stale. The beef was especially disappointing, and the biryani was one of the worst I’ve had.

The service was also frustrating, with long wait times and rude staff. The dim lighting made the atmosphere unpleasant, and the restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired. Even the delivery was damaged upon arrival, which was unacceptable.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, as both the food and service need significant...

Today we order one mixed platter from Sawad salmiya for dinner ,the beef is very bad and damaged ,we ask for replacement and they brought the same .hardly they spoils our day ,if any reactions or food poisons we will claim to Baladiya …very sorry to say this but no option .. The worst food and unprofessional approach .

We ask for Biriyani and they send like pulao ,it’s very bad also ,

I recently ordered a Masala Dosa from Swaad Restaurant in Salmiya, and was extremely disappointed. The taste was nothing like what I’ve had from them before—it was bland and just didn’t taste right. To make it worse, instead of the usual coconut chutney, they gave mint chutney, which completely ruined the experience. This is not what I expect from them. Very bad experience overall. Not recommended to order from this...
