I have to say I was disappointed with this food journey. The food lack that ability to make me suggest I would come back or suggest it to other customers. As always, I recommend everyone try it for themselves to pass judgment.
The location is not bad at all. In the heart of Kuwait and easy access and parking. They also have outside seating. Inside decor is nice and fitting for the theme. The music is a little over the top and make you feel rushed to exit. Maybe they can find another selection to easy the atmosphere.
The staff seems nice. However, the female host could not pay attention to provide me service like restaurant they compete with.
Looking at the menu. It was very pricey for what food you are getting; taste wise and portion wise. The presentation is on par with the decor and the type of food they are offering.
They place seems clean. However, in one video you can see I had a fly as my guess and that made all the other short coming about the place more evident.
After video of the fly. The staff began to watch more closely my table. The fly isn't such a big deal. The door has to open to allow guess in and receive stock. It just not often you find them in high end places as they like to believe they are.
I recommend you try for your own judgment. Maybe one day I will come back, but for now. ...

We also indulged in their the brown rice with meat and mushrooms which was bursting with flavor and artfully presented. The service was impeccable – attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. For an authentic taste of Japan with a sophisticated atmosphere, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit in Kuwait. A memorable evening guaranteed!" Thanks to the waiter I think his name was berd or beter he was...
Read moreThe place is named after an extremely long Japanese sword so you know it’s going to be awesome. The place inside is extremely small and the tables are crowded, we actually asked them to seat us outside since we felt suffocated staying inside. The food was delicious and plentiful, which is pretty rare for Japanese restaurants in Kuwait. The most beautiful thing about this place is that they don’t play any horrible house music, truly a sign of ultimate pedigree. The staff were polite, efficient and extremely fast. The only thing they need to make this place the best Japanese restaurant in Kuwait is a Japanese dude named Hideo playing...
