Brief Visit with Limited Appeal
I recently visited the Habitat Museum and had a rather mixed experience. The waiting time was around 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad, but unfortunately, the time spent inside was also limited to around 20 minutes. Upon entry, we were provided with a headset and a disk to guide us through the exhibits.
The museum's space was quite small, and it focused on providing information about various topics like biology and Kuwait's history. However, I found the exhibits to be a bit lackluster and unengaging. The content didn't manage to capture my interest, and I felt that the overall experience was a bit boring.
While I appreciate the effort to present educational content, I left the museum feeling somewhat disappointed. It might be worth a visit for those with a specific interest in the subjects covered, but if you're seeking a more immersive and captivating museum experience, you might want to explore...
Read moreIt's a great place to learn about Kuwait 's climate, ecosystem and its flora and fauna. It also covers Kuwait 's landscape, and the ravages due to the invasion. Good place for kids to come and do research for their science projects. It can be seen within an hour. It has been made with advanced technology and I love the vertical tv screens as well as the synchronized projectors working to give us a large seamless picture. There is no entry fee, but you need to submit your civil ID. They also give out headphones which give information and discs for the interactive screens, for free.
