I must say that my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. On April 19th, 2024, I visited the restaurant with my family for a late lunch. Due to food allergies, I had limited options and ordered the Caesar salad. I informed the waiter of my allergies and politely requested a substitute dressing or simply oil and vinegar, he was unhelpful and dismissive of my food allergies, so I asked for the manager to explain my situation further, but the manager's attitude towards my situation was even worse. She was even less accommodating than the waiter. Despite explaining the severity of my allergies, she refused any dressing substitutions and offered the salad plain. This left me with a very limited and unappetizing option. I expressed my desire to leave due to the lack of options and the frustrating service. However, my family was hungry and didn't want to find another restaurant. Other quests were whispering and exchanging looks, which made us feel uncomfortable, like we were under a microscope. Finally, after further delay, the manager came back and offered a lemon dressing as a substitute with a price. While I appreciate the eventual accommodation, the entire experience felt like an inconvenience and lacked basic understanding of allergy concerns. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to refuse to accommodate a customer's allergies, especially when alternative options are readily available. The long wait times added to the overall disappointment. Our complimentary bread and dip arrived after 40 minutes, while other tables seated later received theirs promptly. It felt as though we were being punished for requesting a simple substitution for my salad dressing. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with food allergies, as it seems that they are not willing to take the necessary precautions to ensure a safe dining experience also because of the lack of well-being of...
Read moreVery unprofessional staff.
Edit: Just to explain the situation. Food 4 stars: I have been eating from B+F since their first branch opened, the food portion now is much less than it used to be 5 years ago. Service 1 star: It took the staff 10-15 minutes just to pay attention that we didn’t order yet. We ordered one extra sauce, got the sauce when the fries arrived. Got a second one without order it when the burgers arrived. I notified the waiter taking care of our table about the mistake they made, she saw the sauce took it and said let me check, she went and came back without the sauce. It’s not about the price of the sauce or getting a free one, anyone dining in your restaurant can afford to pay for the sauces, it’s about how the restaurant appears. Two mistakes here, one, nearly any other restaurant would have said that they made a mistake and that we can have it. Second mistake, if the sauce is being taken away, they have to make sure that we know that sauce went to waste, since it’s a health hazard to take the same sauce to another table. I wouldn’t want a sauce to be brought up to my table from someone else’s table. That’s the mistake that ruins clients trust towards the restaurant. Wish they were better trained for...
Read moreDespite the less romantic positioning inside the 360 mall, the atmosphere inside this American restaurant is far from that of a dingy food court diner. With black interiors, faded orange lighting and metal furniture, this restaurant feels more like a night club than an eatery even at midday. The huge open grill takes pride of place in the center of the restaurant allowing guests to watch their delicious steaks and burgers go up in flames giving them that special grilled taste. Dinner fare is typically American with appetizers like tenderloin lollipops, Coca-Cola ribs and shrimp balls; main courses of burgers, sliders, pizzas and grills; all washed down with a thick, creamy milkshake. Reservations cannot be made in advance meaning waiting times can be long but diners can give their phone number to the server and wander the shops until their...
