Me and my friends visited today and had a horrible experience. This waitress was very unpleasant and mean. My friend's son ordered a kid menu and he wanted to eat strawberry ice cream instead of chocolate or vanilla which was included on the kid menu. I asked her if we can switch the flavor but she said NO right away in such a mean manner and I offered her I would pay extra money to change it but again she said HARD NO! I asked to ask her manager but she said NO! I mean what is wrong with her? She could've explained why she can't but she just kept saying NO NO NO. Also, the food serving size for kid's menu was so tiny my friend's 6 years old son had to order extra food cuz it was SO small that maybe a 2 year old kid would leave hungry. Moreover, the juice and the ice cream was so small and it was 50,000 kip. It was my friend's first visit to Annabelle and I suggested to go there but after getting horrible service and the food quality, I felt so bad and my friends said they would never go there anymore. If you claim that you are a higher end restaurant than other places, you should educate your employees first and re-consider your food serving sizes. We spent quite a bit of money and left felt hungry and ended up going to an other place to eat. Such a horrible service! Did I mention it was my friend's birthday? I would never visit again, and I would recommend everyone not to order kid's menu. You will be surprised how tiny...

I wasted an extra 100k here and 30 mins of my time trying to login to just one website to get one small thing done.
Can't work here. The internet is bad and disconnects in an hour.
Been here three times over an year. But every time feel something has gone down. It used to be a fine cafe but now both quality of coffee and wifi has gone down. Plain black coffee (americano) is quite bad now. Not sure why.
They actively discourage you from using the cafe for work now with a internet code based login that works for only one hour and gives you a speed less than 900 kbps.
It is frustrating. There's nobody else in the cafe but still we can use a very bad internet for just one hour after ordering two coffees and two...
