Gringo's Taco Bar — Restaurant in Vientiane Capital

This is another European concept of Mexican food. Taste was ok but 1/2 of Mexican flavor and 1/3rd of Tex/Mex. Chicken Enchilada was a half cooked tortilla with a few pieces of chicken inside and some cooked crushed tomatoes on the plate. The burrito was ok but very bland. The Nacho chips were deep fried, soaked in vegetable oil. The sauce on the table was a tomato sauce but no spices were provided, definitely ok for A north European palate but not even an American flavor let alone Mexican. A great little Mexican Restaurant in Vientiane. FOOD: 7.5 We had 2 appetizers and 2 entrees, plus a couple margaritas. Very good for Asia. Asia is not known for it's Mexican food. Service of this restaurant is not good. When I finished my dinner at this restaurant, I didn't have cash. I wanted to pay by card. Restaurant staff called the restaurant owner. Owner was drunk and started abusing me. He threatened me to call the police despite the fact that I was offering him to pay by app or taking out money from ATM. Owner is so rude and criminal that he said my goons would beat you. He threatened again after I paid him money after taking out cash.
