Decided to visit random place on maps, checked that this place have quite nice rating. The location is quite depressing but it's for sure not their fault, it's near bus station and in the same building as main Bauska hotel. But interior is modern and cozy, service is on European level for sure. About food, it's cheap and surprisingly very tasty, meat was a bit dry but sauce managed to make it perfect still. Restorans Mūza in Bauska was amazing! Even though we didn’t speak Latvian, the staff were super friendly and quickly offered us an English menu. The menu had plenty of choices, including vegetarian options. We tried the duck fillet and pork belly with BBQ sauce – both were absolutely delicious. The side salad was simple but fresh and tasty. Everything good from the staff to food. The local version of chicken ramen, even though far from original, acceptable to me since it tastes well. Caramelized pork ribs with fries - just awesome. Very tender and juicy and a garlic/yogurt sauce - delicious. We also ordered fresh juice since prices here are very reasonable. We were well-surprised with our dinner.
