My flight was delayed and I thought I have to try one coffee at famous Caffeine coffee. Was then not too crazy busy there. Lady at the counter was very helpful and very kind with smile and kind attitude towards customers. I placed my order and I received it fast. My telephone was almost empty and I also asked for charger and lady just gave it to me without complaints and joked: “please do not take it with you“😁 and friendly laughed. It was busy enough 5 minutes later and other lady came to help there and both kept making coffees and serve customers efficiently and without complaints or angry looks, what happens in busy places very often. This kind and welcoming attitude is very important in airport, because that makes peoples day more positive and uplifting and for some people that is something positive in the begin of their trip, because airports can be very stressful for them. Atmosphere in Airport Riga Caffeine was Cousy and welcoming. 😊 My telephone also was charged and I could safely travel further. My recommendation: pumpkin spice late 😍❤️ Ļoti garda un rudenīgi mājīga 😍🍁🍂🌞

Quiche was 3/5. Saggy from the microwave, with some very hot and some cold spots (please invest 200$ in a good microwave if you use it in a cafe!). Croissants on display were mashed/crushed and didn’t look fresh.
Customer service 1/5. No smile, no hello or goodbye. Person in front of me wanted to pay with 50¢ bill - they didn’t have a change (early morning). It was no “so sorry, we don’t have a change”, let alone offer him cup of free coffee, but just “next”.
Horrible place, typical airport prices, worst coffee ever! I would not drink it even for free, its that bad! There is lavazza machine down the hall for 2¢ - it will taste better at half the price. Unless you take something from them with tons of syrup, that mask the taste of this horrible coffee. Interior is...
Read moreFirst of all, the "cafe" is downstairs, close to the toilets, so the smell stays with you all the way. The service staff is very young with poor english and attitude of soviet union country - no smile, robotic service, no idea how to handle the customers. I got a quiche which went bad (sour, fermented smell) which I returned. First I heard "it's not true" and then, when I asked to smell it or/and taste it, second person from service came and said "Thank you for letting us know". The other slice of quiche remained exposed on the counter and I was not offered with any compensation. The visit was on Friday 19th April,...
