Unfortunately, the issue was with the kitchen staff themselves. They’ve been working there for many years, and I’m actually a regular visitor myself. However, this time I happened to be seated at the table closest to the kitchen, directly facing the chefs — and what I saw was disturbing.
At first, I was casually observing their work out of curiosity, but what I witnessed quickly became increasingly unhygienic and unacceptable. The head chef (with a darker skin tone) and a female chef with glasses repeatedly handled food without washing their hands. The head chef, during breaks, would pick his teeth with a toothpick and then immediately go back to cutting and serving food without washing his hands. I even saw him taste soup by pouring it into his palm, licking it from his hand, and then seasoning the soup with the same unwashed hand.
Even worse — at one point, I saw them wiping the sink with a filthy rag and then immediately go back to prepping food, again, without washing their hands. The female chef with glasses also had poor hygiene: she repeatedly put food into her mouth with her fingers while cooking and never once washed her hands afterward.
As someone who has enjoyed this place for years, this was deeply disappointing and downright disgusting. Hygiene standards are clearly not being followed, and as a customer, it completely ruined the...
Read moreI was there with my dad for lunch and I was surprised about food quality. Looks like Asian chefs gone and food quality go up dramatically in the last year. Really suprise and happy about it but still there are some bits which spoil service in bad way. Like they have charged for a mint which been offered and didn't actually explain that it isnt as good service but will be added to the bill. An other thing about menu, there are some problems with picture and food in real life, which creates confusion for costomer when choose a dish. Unfortunately you can't sent it back, if you don't like a result of food on your table. You need to pay because you haf ordered. Little bit let down all experience there by...
Read moreThe food and service are both very good, and the interior is decent—though not quite as nice as other locations of the chain, mainly because this one lacks windows, which makes the space feel a bit closed in.
However, the music is way too intense for a dining experience. After an hour, it felt like I had attended a rave. The volume is overwhelming, and the choice of music doesn’t suit the restaurant's atmosphere at all. Especially annoying if you’re seated near one of the many loudspeakers, which are spread throughout the dining area and hard to avoid.
This is definitely an area where they could (and should) make serious...
