McDonald's — Restaurant in Riga

Food tasted allright. Spicy chicken nuggets could be more spicy. They tasted like regular chicken nuggets with a little bit of pepper added. The order I received had wrong items. Instead of triple cheeseburger which I ordered and wanted to try I received just a regular cheeseburger, which I found out only when I got home. Feel scammed out of my money. Attitude from the girl giving out orders was awfull. She didn't care at all. She would barely call out the order. Couldn't hear it unless you sat 2 m away from pickup point. When someone didn't come to pick up order, because you couldn't hear your order, in 10 seconds she literally threw the order away and clicked that order as finished on the screen... I had never seen something like like that. I'll not order anything here for a while now. I'd rather go to a different place than get that sort...

I honeslty didn’t want to write anything the frist time I talked to them, wanted to give another chance but seriously this was unpleasant interaction. The first time I called about my already 30min late “fast food” order, instead of letting me ask or talk I was shouted over, and then as the person finished what they wanted to say, they ended the call without letting me say anything. Then the 2nd time I called about the food, that they had to remake cause it was cold, apparently that doesn’t include a new drink as it arrived with thin melted ice flakes. Instead of recognizing this an an issue, they said it’s to be expected that they have such ice there. This is so disrespectful, just saying, it is not my first visit here and I have seen how ice looks before! It’s clearly how little they care...

Tables are dirty, I asked stuff to be seated no response. Then asked manager to clean table for us. After being seated, stuff bring old salads, then again I contacted manager showing her that salads are old - leaves and tomats turned bad. She gave me new ones where tomatoes are better, but still some bad leaves which I pulled out. There are no markings on salads, maybe that's why they are old... Anyway dirty place with unpleasant stuff. Totally doesn't feels like being in...
