Someone recommended this newly opened restaurant. Not easy to find but not a problem. Had the most awesome Chicken Tikka Pizza amongst other things and was really impressed with the whole experience. So for 10 days I’ve been looking forward to ordering food again this time to take home. 2 chicken tikka pizzas were ordered and collected. Imagine getting home looking so forward to the food and to my horror I got a pizza with hardly any toppings, a few pieces of random chicken and just cheese. It was like I had ordered at a different restaurant. It’s an experience I dont want to repeat. This was not good. Sack the chef. Because if you serve pizzas with cheese and some random pieces of tasteless chicken and advertise it as chicken tikka pizza you will not last long. It’s a new restaurant and mistakes happen but customers suffer. Consistency is what makes a good restaurant. Extremely disappointed customer. Who’s ordering from another restaurant from now on.
Answer to your reply: Please whatever you do don’t try and justify bad things with excuses. Seriously shocked by your reply. Firstly on my first visit if you gave me 10% discount thank you…but I was unaware, not notified or requested any discount as I like to pay good money for good food. On my 2nd visit I requested 2 pizzas not one. One should have been exactly like the previous visit…IT WAS NOT !! It was no where near the same or anything like the photos you show your pizza to be like. 2nd pizza was even worse only cheese and a few pieces of chicken. To tell me you did the pizza as I requested is totally wrong of you. These pizzas were totally horrible with only cheese and few pieces of chicken. Maybe someone who has run a pizza chain in the UK and built restaurants in UK and in the Baltic states might know what he’s talking about. Maybe you guys know better than me. Good luck in the future I hope everything works out well for your restaurant and this is just an...
Read moreWent there with a friend only because I saw great reviews. Ordered Biryani, the lady working on the counter came with it after a few minutes. The biryani was clearly not made on the same day, it was reheated and served. We ignored and went to the counter to pay, the lady was forcing us to give 5 stars and then show it to her. I don’t think this is right and a complimentary serving of halwa (which was also very so so) doesn’t entitle you to force a customer to give a good review. What I know is food was not good when we visited and would not go to this restaurant again.
Edit: I have not specified the date I visited, I’m simply posting this review a little late (which is fine because people have other stuff to do) and you denying literally everything mentioned in the review shows how much you care about a customer’s opinion. Requesting a review is different than forcing someone to give 5 stars and later showing it to them when you’re standing in front of them speaks volume if it was a request or a gun-point review, she was literally peeking into the mobile to make sure my friend gave 5 stars. I think that’s how you bagged good reviews up till now. As a paying customer my experience was not good that day, as a business owner it would be professional for you to accept that. And the day I visited there was no dessert being given away as a trial, so my impression is that halwa was more...
Read moreMy recent dinner at "Taste of Karachi" was an absolute delight, and I simply have to rave about their biryani! From the moment it arrived at our table, the aroma alone was enough to get my taste buds tingling.
The biryani itself was a masterclass in flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked – fluffy, separate grains infused with an incredible medley of aromatic spices. And the meat (I had chicken, but I'm sure their beef is just as good!) was incredibly tender, falling off the bone and beautifully marinated. It wasn't overly spicy, allowing the nuanced flavors to shine through, but it still had that characteristic Karachi kick that makes it so satisfying. Each bite was a harmonious blend of savory, slightly tangy, and wonderfully fragrant notes.
Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere at "Taste of Karachi" was welcoming and comfortable, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall positive impression.
If you're in search of an authentic and utterly delicious biryani experience in Karachi, look no further than "Taste of Karachi." It's clear they take immense pride in their food, and it truly shows. I'm already looking forward to...
