Babel Dbayeh restaurant : A Disappointing Decline in Service!
My wife and I recently dined at babel dbayeh restaurant dinner. While the food remained consistently delicious, mirroring our past positive experiences at this restaurant for lunch, and dinner, the service was shockingly poor. The Armenian cuisine at Babel continues to impress. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, as expected. However, the service was marred by unprofessional management. The supervisors appeared to discriminate against certain customers, neglecting our needs. which was unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. The waiter would disappear and not return, despite being noticed by the supervisor. Furthermore, the supervisor did not check on us or inquire about our satisfaction with the meal. Moreover no one removed our plates and no one offered us fruits .. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff member at the time of payment, he was dismissive and offered only a half-hearted apology after I mentioned writing a Google review.
Overall: While the food at Babel dbayeh remains commendable, the service was abysmal. The unprofessional management, inattentive staff, and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were deeply disappointing. I witnessed other customers expressing similar complaints; yet the supervisor's response was indifferent.
Recommendation: I would not recommend babel dbayeh branch due to the poor service. There are other excellent restaurants that offer comparable food quality with excellent service.

It's like Lebanese food with a twist. They have all the classics, but always with a little something extra. Like hummos with pesto, Moutabbal with tomato sauce and jalapenos, etc. We let the pictures in the Menu guide us, thinking if they chose to portray this dish, it must be special.
The place is beautiful. We chose to sit indoors, as it was kind of hot outside. It is a big space, built in the form of a tower. I specially like the yellow rocky and round walls.
The decoration is where they got it wrong. The beautiful building is filled with grandiose lampposts (!!!) and plastic plants. Really, plastic plants turn me down to such an extent... I think they should be banished from the face of the earth along with all plastic.
To finish, we asked to take out some leftover food and they gave us a plastic bag with the food wrapped in single use plastic containers. But I know this was totally my mistake. I should have said no plastic or taken my own containers and bags with me.
As for the price, it was really good. It's not a cheap restaurant, but you might expect to pay more for such delicious food in such a...
