Tbh for taste malak al tawouk is soo delicious and yummy also dora branch is good and yummy butt... Once i ordered from this branch a meal with fries sadly i found a fried fly with the fried french fries .... but not only once it happened it happened twicee which made me really disappointed to eat from it again ... so sorry for a company like malak al tawouk to make their name down just because of the cleanliness in dora branch! Staff are liars, and very unprofessional, i am super in a hurry and i asked the cashier how much much my order will take he told me 15 min max , i’ve been waiting more than 30 min for jsut a take away not to forget how many orders been served before me. They don’t respect time and every time i asked where is my order they have the same answer… “i swear 5 min”. It feels like no one respects time anymore .. they don’t care about there...

It’s totally different from all other branches in everything. It’s dirty, smell is different, annoying flies all the time, chairs are sticky, even the taste is different.
