I ordered a whole chicken meal with fries and a half chicken with fries on the side via Toters. This used to be the best chicken restaurant in Lebanon, but now?

I'm speechless. The chicken tastes awful, full of vinegar and lemon flavors, likely to cover up the bad chicken quality. The spices are so overpowering that you can't even taste the chicken. And to top it off, the fries I paid for never arrived. I called the store, and they told me they can't refund me today unless I personally speak with Toters again. Seriously? Unprofessional, unhealthy, and tastes terrible. Dear Lord, it's time to say it: GO THERE IF YOU WISH TO DIE.

I pre-ordered chicken at 12pm and asked them to deliver it at 2:30pm. At 3:15pm, I contacted the restaurant to tell them that the order is late; I was greeted by the operator with disrespect mentioning that the 45 mins delay was not a big deal. When I asked to talk to a manager, he claimed he was the manager which turned out it wasn't true because 2 mins later another person handled the call and claimed to be the owner. Not only that the food arrived 50 mins late, the chicken was too cold and tasteless. Very bad experience and I would not recommend this...
