Deceitful, unhygienic, disgusting. I have never had such a tasteless vulgar experience at a restaurant. I had already tried sensei once before. My friends and I were all shocked by the ill quality of not just the salmon, but the vegetables. The panko was very weird, the crab salad had too much mayo and tasted very sweet and was very liquidy. The avocado was hard and so the simplest rolls were bad. It was a torturous experience cause we had to eat so we wouldn't pay for the rolls we didn't eat. And the salmon was ofcourse super chewy and tasteless, but had a bad smell. A year later I decided to come again and give it another shot and told the lady who seemed to play managerial role what issues we faced last time. She was very reassuring that they got very good high quality salmon and that we should definitely give it a chance. After her gloating for 20 minutes (she was very strange and vulgar), and telling us how lucky we are that she and the owner are tending to our needs (as if it isn't their job ) we unfortunately gave it a shot for 29$ regular open sushi. The salmon was honestly not that bad. The avocado was hard, the crab salad same as before the panko same as before. That's not even the worst part, when I told the owner the avocado was hard, he put his fingers in my plate and picked up a roll and ate it and told me he isn't convinced. As if he was the client and I had to convince him. The lady came too with the guy and she kept telling me that "2ana ma byi3jibne l3ajab " and that they are the best sushi place and they're gonna get even bigger. However, I just ordered a 20pcs crab offer to takeaway and asked for the sweet sauce instead of the soy sauce. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check if they got it right and I asked the guy if he added the sauce that I wanted instead of soy sauce he said yes. I came back home there wasn’t the sauce that I ordered and they had put soya sauce instead. In addition, the sushi were dry it looked like basic sushi that I could’ve gotten from the supermarket. There is even a piece of plastic in it!! I suggest to check the food before serving it to the customer and to not do it in a hurry like it doesn’t matter, this can causes mistakes like having a piece of plastic in sushis is unacceptable. We were 3 couples ordering, the orders came with a 40 mins time difference between every order, so every couple ate alone. Clearly using local troute instead of Salmon. The waitress was rude and with no experience or training, and not even communication skills. The sushi was tasteless and the cream cheese tasted really bad (I think it was expired). The ura makis were very fragile and damaged, you can't even touch them.we did not eat any ura maki whole.
