Finally an authentic Italian restaurant in Beirut. When you eat the food, you feel for a minute that you are either in an Italian restaurant in Rome or in London. The taste is so authentic and so well prepared. Some of the courses have a hint of lemon zest on top which makes them ao delicious and so refreshing. The place is designed like a real Italian Osteria with tables on the kerb which brings about the Mediterranean atmosphere. The servers and managers are welcoming and accommodating. Try the Contadina Salad, the Cozze and the Rizzoni. They are truly not to be missed. They serve Italian wine as house wine which adds to its authenticity. The prices are good value when you compare the authentic ingredients used and the careful preparation of each plate. There is no reservation at Vicoli but you don’t have to wait long before getting a table and it works pretty well. Highly recommend Vicoli to anyone who is looking for a delicious and authentic Italian meal with that special zest (pardon...

Read moreThe place looks good and may have good food but the management is 0!!!! We went in without any reservation, the waiter told us to come back in 15 minutes for a place. We did that, and once we came back we waited another 15 minutes just to get a remark from the manager or owner of the place saying “these people came before you.” After explaining to him that we did come before all of them he replies in a rude way stating that I am lying. This is not a way to treat clients, especially after waiting almost 30 minutes for a seat. Even if you’re the owner or manager of the place this doesnt give you permission to treat clients in such a disgusting manner. It is very easy to say that we are fully booked for the night and not waste people’s precious time and then accuse...
