Hawa Chicken - Adonis — Restaurant in Zouk Mosbeh

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Hawa Chicken. I ordered chicken broasted for a dinner gathering, along with two soft drink bottles. The first blunder was the incomplete delivery. The delivery person promised to rectify it but returned with not only the second bottle missing but also the entirely wrong order.

This mishap left me incredibly disappointed, especially considering I had guests over. When I contacted their customer service to address the issues, the response was far from respectful as their lack of respect and customers care became painfully evident. This goes down as the worst service I've encountered, and I feel compelled to share this cautionary tale in the hopes that others can avoid such a disappointing dining experience.

I went in to buy 1 tray of uncooked wings, the gentleman at the fridge gave me what i wanted within 30 seconds I apent 5 minutes at the cashier’s there were no customers ahead of me, they did not acknowledge me, they just left me waiting for 5 minutes while both cashiers were cashing delivery orders, a man and a woman come up next to me and they are immediately checked out ahead of me When i told them aggressively to check us out, they told me that there were customers that want their foods delivered and that they are customers as well I agree, but one cashier should be dedicated to delivery orders and the other should be for walk ins They should respect the order in which the customers came in as well and not let people pass ahead of longer...

Very disappointed. First of all,when we arrived for a lunch, we went to the toilets and they were dirty and disgusting 🤮 no one is cleaning We ordered grilled chicken sandwich, it was uneatable, with bad smell, I went to the guy and I asked to change it, was grilled on gaz, he said he will make me another one on barbecue, but was worst.
