If you are a foreigner in kaunas and want to spend time at this marina avoid the bar on the deck with the aperol spritz sign. The three bartenders there refused us service for no reason, standing in line for more than 15mins to get to the bar only to get there and the three bartenders at the bar deliberately refusing us service for no reason, three of them avoiding eye contact at all cost and literally serving over us( people in line in front of us and after us)for over 25mins . In this age and time one would think that bartenders would be the cool people they are meant to be but this deck bar with the aperol spritz sign proved untrue in kaunas Marina simply because you look different. Pictures attached the last bartender that isn’t very visible got tattoo on his sleeve with a full beard. while the restaurant/bar uphill in front of it had good service and served us normally. The three bartenders at this deck bar were a shock, foreigners...

The worst experience of the 21st century! We came for dinner – they didn’t have any beer, and we waited more than an hour for food. What they finally brought out I cannot even call food. The presentation and quality were like at a run-down fast-food kiosk. The chicken burger came with potatoes covered in cheap seasoning, the bun was terrible, and the chicken was so tough it was impossible to chew. I won’t even go into detail about the chicken schnitzel…

We each took just one bite of every dish and politely told the waitress that the food was not suitable to be served, let alone eaten. When we asked if we still had to pay, she said yes. So we ended up paying €50 for an hour and a half of waiting and the worst dining experience imaginable.

I genuinely feel sorry for the waiters who have to work under such management and in such a kitchen. They are not...

Valentino dienos ,,vakarienė” 2/10 (2 balai skiriami skaniems spragėsiams ir labai malonioms padavėjoms, kurios, vakaro gale paklausė, kaip mums šis vakaras praėjo). Pradėkime nuo to, kad socialinėse platformose buvo skelbiama, jog vakarienė prasideda 19 valandą (!!), vėliau - filmas su spragėsiais ir į rezervacijos kainą (10€) įskaičiuotas kokteilis. Atvykome LYGIAI 19 valandą. Užsisakėme patiekalus, viskas kaip ir gerai. Po 5 min. ateina padavėja pranešti, jog vieno patiekalo jau nebeturi. Rimtai? Atvyksti laiku (lygiai 19h) ir negauni patiekalo, kurio nori, kai patiekalų pasirinkimas ir taip yra LABAI mažas (tai nėta. Logai). Ok, pasirenkam kitą patiekalą, jau šiek tiek susierzinę vakaro organizuotumu. Užkandžio (alyvuogių) laukėm apie pusvalandį. Nieko tokio. Artėja 20 valanda, 20 valanda ir 15 minučių, darbuotojai jau įjungia projektorių - prasideda kino teatras. Patiekalų vis dar neturime. Žiūrim - padavėjos jau spragėsiu nešioja :) tai spragėsius gavome anksčiau nei vaskrienės pagrindinius patiekalus, nuostabu. Po 1,5 valandos pagaliau gavome patiekalus, kurie, deia, nebuvo verti savo kainos (12€ už antieną ir 9€ už vištieną). Buvo žiauriai sausa ir iš esmės dėl kino teatriškai užtamsintų šviesų nesimatė, ką valgai (šalia sėdėjęs stalas telefone net flash light įsijungę buvo, kad matytų, ką deda į burną). Na ir galiausiai, tas specialusis, į kainą įskaičiuotas kokteilis. Siūlau kitą kartą pabrėžti, kad tas į rezervacijos kainą įskaičiuotas kokteilis yra ne bet koks, o konkrečiai restorano parinktas tam vakarui. Socialiniuose tinkluose skelbiama informacija klaidina ir gali sukelti tiek jums, tiek klientams papildomų nesklandumų. Buvo blogai, sėdint pas jus norėjosi kuo greičiau grįžt namo ir pačiam kažką skanaus pasigamint. Darbuotojus turite gerus, tačiau organizuotumas restorano yra kvestionuojamas, ypač, kai rengiama ala “speciali”...
