La Manufacture — Restaurant in Bertrange

First visit here and it exceeded my expectations.

I cannot say that I was drawn in by its interior design but yet it was very cozy and was just fitting. The atmosphere was therefore also very positive despite its quite special style.

The service was good as the waiters were all attentive and were more than happy to answer questions and make suggestions.

As for the food itself: Both the quality and its presentations were very good. The only minor negative was the quantity which was on the bit lower side.

The personnel has been very nice and accommodating. Always looking for the best fit for the kids and the adults alike. The wine was perfect and the meat astonishing. Le cadre est vraiment sympathique pour ceux osant s'aventurer au coeur de la zone d'activité (cuisine vitrée, belle cave à vin) . Les produits proposés sont frais et de bonne qualité. Le serveur était vraiment très courtois et professionnel. Côté repas, cependant, les prestations offertes ne correspondent pas à la gamme de prix pratiquée par le restaurant. Les assaisonnements ne sont pas justes et j'irai même jusqu'à dire que certains plats sont sans intérêts (mention speciale pour le bouillon de poule pourtant décrit comme goûteux sur la carte). Ceci étant dit, les desserts, qui sont présentés de façon originale (sur un plateau) sauvent l'honneur. N'étant pas à la carte, le prix sera une surprise au moment de payer l'addition. Globalement déçu de la prestation. Je préfèrerais me diriger la prochaine fois vers des établissements qui ne laissent pas place à "l'à peu près" à...
