Infinity Strassen — Restaurant in Strassen

Went there for lunch, there were four of us. We all had pizza. Which was quite a let down. The dough was rather thick and on the tuna pizza, all soggy and mushy. The mozzarella was laid out in about the same diameter as the pizza itself, which some may consider a bit much, but that wasn't the problem. Much rather was it the fact that it was also about an entire cm thick, vertically. The tuna pizza description also mentioned garlic as part of the garnish, but in reality, it was garlic oil and a lot of it, which makes quite a difference in taste.

BUT! One must say, the staff and service were very good. When we arrived, we had problems finding a parking spot, and they went out of their way to help us find one. When, after lunch, we asked for the bill and were asked how the food had been, and we replied honestly, they apologised and explained that they were indeed having problems with the dough at that moment (what exactly it was, I don't know). They also took one pizza off the bill without us asking or complaining (after all, we had been very hungry and had thus finished the pizza, despite not finding it exactly a culinary delight).

All in all, I'd say I'd definitely go back and try their pasta or the likes, though that may take quite a while since I'm not usually in the area around lunchtime. Maybe we really just came in on that one bad day, happens to the best of us, right? Pizza prices were also reasonable, reaching from around 12-13€ for a Margherita to about 15€ for most others and 19€ for a special (if memory...

Food did not arrive, although my entire name is saved within the default adress, although my number is included in my customer profile and although I came down after realizing in a busy area, that a honking might indicate a food delivery, just to see no one on the street. I call to ask about the food, I am being lied to about the car waiting on the street for 30min, and being blamed for whatever failure occurred here. As you can see, it did not stop at this, but the blatant disrespect continues for no reason.

Food did not arrive, no respect was served either. Terrible experience.

After calling me a derogatory "young miss" and not receiving any useful suggestion except for being lied to and now further lying; I have never received such an offer, of course I would have been really happy about that. First visit here with my two best friends. Generally it is a good restaurant but there are two little minor negative points which makes me rate it with 3,5 stars.

First of all the restaurant is very ugly from the outside/the building itself and you would never think that it is a restaurant if not knowing better. The same goes for the entrance. Everything rather screams like a car dealer.

The second small issue is that even when you are in the restaurant and not shisha lounge that you can still smell the shisha a bit.

Apart from that the interior design is actually not bad at all. The food is good with generous sizes (the Pizza was honestly huge) and okey prices.
