The food and service was excellent. However, we were all dripping with sweat which turned our evening a bit sour. The establishment supposedly has a functioning Air conditioner however it did nothing for the environment indoors. The staff even had the front door open which clearly defeats the purpose . The staff is aware of the issue and it’s clearly not their fault. The owner needs to either upgrade the aircon or at least buy some fans for the guests. It was cooler outside than indoors if you can imagine. They had a tiny fan which was by the checkout where the servers are. It does nothing for the customers inside. There’s no worse feeling than melting while trying to eat. Had it not been for that I would have given this restaurant more stars.
I would return but only in winter. Also, maybe add Jalea to the menu . And the portions for guacamole and huancaina sauce...

First you have to wait for order , then wait 30 minutes for food to come. Now I am sitting here for last 25 mins to order coffee and dessert but no one came till now to pick plates or take new order. After ordering it , I don’t know how long it takes for dessert to come.
I am almost here for 2 hours and spent just 25 minutes for eating, most of the time spent waiting.
There are other customers with same issue sitting nearby.
I suggest them to improving their service. Hire more people for rush hour business.
It’s really a shame to have bad service with such delicious food.

I especially recommend the delicious starters of fried banana and manioc, and for the main courses, the beef tacu tacu and the ceviches are outstanding. The staff is friendly and attentive, always making you feel welcome. There’s a paid underground parking area nearby, which is convenient.
