Art Scene Bistro Club — Restaurant in Luxembourg

My sister experienced the most degrading dining experience ever from a staff in this restaurant!!!!!!!

She was visiting from Paris and met two of her friends at this restaurant. They were welcomed nicely by the staff at first.

They already had dinner prior so they just ordered a pizza (to share) and drinks. While still finishing their food, one of the waiters rudely told them to leave in 10 minutes. My sister thought that he was asking them to move to another table since the table was reserved so they did. They went on to order tiramisu and fries. After not more than 20 minutes and without having finished their food yet, one of the staff (a really nice waitress) shyly told them again to leave as per the RUDE waiter’s order without any explanation. Mind you, the place has a lot of free tables so there’s no way it’s for that reason.

I worked in the hospitality field as well and if a customer wants to order just water or anything they feel like having, you welcome them and not shoo them away.

Worst dining experience. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

PS If theres a rule that they need to order a certain amount of food and drinks, you shouldve told them. Or atleast tell them the reason why they...

During the busiest night of the year (Dukes night in june) my friend had an injury to her chin, which, if exposed, would get infected. She had her own plaster on, but it fell off in the confusion. We went in asking the staff for help, if they had a plaster we could use. They immediately turned us down, barely even listening to us. My friend was having a panick attack, and finally, thank God, a guard came to our rescue. He was the only person who managed to help us, or even listen to us. The rest of the staff kept pushing us out of their way when we were asking for their help. AWLFUL EXPERIENCE. Great afternoon driven by excellent friendly service making one feel at home in a fun environment. We started with the cheese board, an excellent assortment cheeses and bread. My partner also ordered the soup of the day, a puréed vegetable soup that was satisfying on a cold day.

I saw a section of Luxembourg specials on the menu. I chose Kniddelen cream y lardons my partner the pork schnitzel in a mushroom sauce. Both dishes were well prepared and presented. Very tasty and satisfying dishes.

We finished with an apple tart and a lemon tart with coffee. A great finish to a solid meal. Conclusion is go for the fun and great atmosphere and enjoy a well...
