Ordered 2 beers with my partner (a very simple order in my opinion) and they never came. Other customers around me who came long after me got their orders. Barstaff and servers did not seem to care in the slightest. The bar was medium busy but not packed.
15 mins in after the order (after another person after me got their order) went to the bar to enquire, the waitress assured me it's coming. Went back to my seat, in that space two other people who came after got their drinks. Went again after 15 mins to again to ask and they said it's still coming - the order is very simple, two beers, they wouldn't give to it me at the bar and told me to sit down again.
I get it - you can be busy and orders can take a while but the fact that I have come to the bar twice and the staff just tell me to go sit down is extremely rude, why can't you pour it then when I'm up there? Wait time for beers were 30 mins and I ended up walking out. Looking at the bar counter on the way out they still hadn't poured the beers. Who knows, might still be there if I hadn't left.
Went next door to Bosso's which was considerably busier and beers came within 2 mins....

We waited over 50 minutes for our food while multiple tables who arrived later were served ahead of us. When I politely asked our waitress about it, she responded with unnecessary rudeness and dismissiveness. When the food finally arrived, my burger was severely undercooked—cold and nearly raw in the center.
While a few items were removed from the bill, the situation was mishandled, and no manager ever came by to apologize or check in. I reached out to a manager of Scott’s afterward, hoping to give constructive feedback, but was ignored—my message was read and never responded to.
I understand mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Sadly, the unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability mean that I, along with my friends here in Luxembourg, will not be returning. Extremely disappointed given the reputation...
Read moreHello, Yesterday, visited Scott Café after a long time. When we arrived, we looked at the menu while standing near the entrance. A man from the staff was talking with the woman behind the bar and although we were visibly waiting, no one approached us to assist.
Since no one came over, we decided to go to the terrace and found an empty table. However, before we could even sit properly, the same staff member gestured quite rudely for us to come to him without approaching the table himself. It was an unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude.
When I stepped back inside to ask what he wants , he responded in a very rude manner, which I found completely unacceptable. Due to this behavior, we decided to leave the café.
