LëtzeBurger Strassen — Restaurant in Strassen

Decided to try their burger while waiting for someone. It’s on the other side of the road of the Pilates thingy. When I was standing in front of the truck, I didn’t know what to do as the two young people working there were not the most talkative or friendly. So ya, just look and read their billboards and menu, you’ll figure it out. If you want to limit talking, do your order in their tablet and pay with the bank card. I think this is way faster, too as orders are queued up as they are paid.

Anyways, I just took their cheeseburger. Had to wait a bit as there were other people coming after me and those who pre-ordered online for pickup. When my order was ready, the boy just shouted ‘cheeseburger and said äddi.’ No sweat - the burger was delish though which makes it a good option if you’re tired of the alternatives. Price wise - not the cheapest but then again, I’m not gonna eat this...

I first discovered this fast food thanks to their food truck at Rockhal and whether it’s the burgers or the side dishes, everything is absolutely delicious!

For the first time, I placed a delivery order to Strassen for the whole family, and not only was the food just as tasty in Strassen, but their customer service truly stood out.

Here’s a little anecdote: they accidentally forgot the mozzarella sticks...which can happen but they quickly sent a follow-up delivery with the missing items, and even added a little cookie as a gesture. That kind of thoughtful service really shows how much they care about their customers.

To me, the customer is king, and that’s clearly something they take seriously. You guys are the best, with absolutely amazing service. Honestly, I don’t want to order from anywhere else...

Went there for a Friday night dinner as we didnt want to cook. Got the hamburger and burger of month (Korean fried chicken burger). What can I say, the hamburger I got had 2 single strand of onion, barely caramelised and the meat patty was dry. The fried chicken was cooked well but the slaw they served with it had a very overpowering pickle flavour which threw the balance of the whole burger off. Should've just cooked at home -_-

Edit: we have been here twice and the first time we ordered the letzeburger and chicken burger which were both quite good, so have updated to 3 stars overall. The second time must have been their off night.

And also want to say thank you to the owners for reaching out. We appreciate the communication and dont need the refund. Just keep serving good...
