Restaurant and the surrounding area look beautiful at night with plenty of colorful lights.

Parking quite challenging due to limited parking lots and peak hour for dinner.

Not many sears available max est 50.

Need to go to the counter to place your order. So please take the menu whilst sitting at your chosen table and choose what do you want before going to the cashier (and pay first). And you need to pick up your order from the counter. Kind of like fast food restaurants. Food delivered in less than 5 minutes.

This is different than THE OTHER popular steak restaurant where there's a waiter taking orders at your table and he/she will send the food to you. And THE OTHER restaurant keep checking whether you have received all that been ordered.

We ordered the platter for 5 pax plus 2 lamb ribs. Cost almost RM700.

All food be it beef brisket, lamb ribs, etc are served lukewarm/room tenperature. No wonder they were served in less than 5 minutes. As a result the taste is not as good as it should be. The meat should be served HOT.

Beef brisket - cold, soft but not juicy.

Lamb ribs - ok but the fat not meat are very salty.

Chicken bbq - ok.

Pulled lamb - ok.

Mashed potato - very good.

Apple pie - I like it.

Coleslaw - ok.

French fries - ok.

Bbq sauce's taste either serves with the meat or poured from the bottle are not as good as original BBQ sauces. And the sauce is too watered down that if you pick the meat meat using a fork it will splatter on the table.

Today I had a meal at this restaurant for my wife’s birthday. She suggested we try it out after seeing their ads on social media. Here’s my super honest review from the heart.

The Good Stuff:

Tasty Food The food was good, I’d say about 80% satisfaction level for everything I tried. Free Refill Drinks Drinks are refillable, which is super convenient for people like me who always need a top-up. Friendly Staff The staff were nice and friendly, definitely not stuck-up or anything.

Now, let me tell you about the things that ruined it for me and why this is my first and last visit to this place.

The Not-So-Good Stuff:

Self-Service Everything You’re paying premium prices, but you’ve gotta do everything yourself. Order your own food, pick it up yourself, and even pack your leftovers. I mean, come on, for the price I’m paying, this is ridiculous. Cheap Presentation I spent nearly RM1,000, and they served the meat on a metal tray with a paper liner – like how you’d feed a cat. I expected the food to be presented nicely, you know, something premium-looking, but nope, total disappointment.
