KFC Petron Dato Onn DT — Restaurant in Johor

I ordered through the app for pick-up, which was supposed to be ready by 9:06 PM. By the time I arrived at KFC, there were already many dissatisfied customers. I got there at 9:08 PM, but even by 10 PM, I still hadn’t received my order.

I voiced my disappointment, and only then did they apologize, just a simple “sorry” with no further action. At 9:30 PM, they finally decided to cook another batch of chicken, despite me repeatedly informing them from the moment I arrived that I hadn’t received my order.

Initially, I only saw two workers who, instead of prioritizing pending orders, they waited for new batches of chicken to cook rather than distributing the available orders to other customers.

Fast food chain restaurant supposed to be a place where the food comes out fast. I’ve never experienced something like this before, It no longer fits...

The food is as usual as you can imagine but I didn’t take the photo of the meal because we waited too long so we just dive straight into the food.

The environment was clean and hygiene, very spacious as can see from the photos BUT the hey is the air-conditioner not working? Or they wanted to save electricity? It’s warm.

We waited for about 20mins for the food and most of the questions we asked the staff about the ordering process via the apps, they have no idea and obviously not being trained.

The most annoying in any KFCs are how DIFFICULT it is to dispense their sauce from the saucer. It comes out a drop by a drop and they only have ONE saucer working. People queuing for the sauce when you have such a BIG shop but only ONE saucer!! Pls put on your thinking...

i’m traumatized to order through app, again😔

basically i made two purchases in the same day, but the foodpanda rider is mistakenly get my food wrong (swapped with other customers). you know when we assigned the delivery, it means the time is limited for us to get there, right? well, for some reason i pissed, because there’s a lot of process and you have to wait for a quite of time to get your actual orders back.

contact the kfc customer service the staff in that kfc will contact you you have to pick up the orders by yourself😒
