I am from Singapore, I visited this outlet before heading back to sg. I forgot n left my purse in the shop as we're rushing back to sg. Lucky me, in my purse was only cards, no id nothing but there's a Malaysia prepaid card number which I left in it. So this honest guy working in this outlet wearing a purple shirt(uniform), he called me through my M.Y number and verified a few things with me..then I realized that I have forgotten my purse there. So we make a big U-turn back to this outlet. I approached the staff and he verified again what was in the purse before returning it back to me. This guy was very honest. Nothing was missing in the purse. I have many cards and about Rm700-800 cash in it. I thanked him for his honesty and gave him a token of appreciation for being honest while on tour of duties. I would like to extend my thank you again to this hero in purple. We need more people like you! I hope this msg will reach Mr Shuib(owner of this outlet) with a wide smile on how lucky he is to have this honest staff working for him. From the bottom of my heart, kudos and thank you to this staff (didn't manage to get his name) but he is the only one with a different color of uniform from the other 2) he's maybe around his 30s. Thank you brother, good job, well done...
Read moreI would give it a perfect rating if not for them forgetting our order and making us wait for food. However the cashier was patient and polite. They had to, they're lacking paper menu! Could've saved their time if we can plan and be more organized in our order. We came in a pax of 8. There were tables meant for 8 and we were happy about that. Drink choices were excellent and tasty. Latte was a bit too sweet for my liking. Flavored rice was good. The mac and cheese has become the children's favorite but we had to order 2 because the portion was a little small. The chicken lasagne got a thumbs up from my parents. All in all food is good but service needs improvement. Pity customers sitting upstairs as they can't hear the food being called but they're expected to collect their...
Read moreFirst time trying the famous viral drink by Shuib Sepahtu. 2 storey shop with ample seating area & drive thru is available too. This place is cosy and great for a quick bite . Toilet and musollah are at 2nd floor . A few sejadah , a telekung & a chair are provided but it is advisable to bring your own. There is a small ablution area inside the room. It would be nice if separate room is provided for female / male so you don’t have to worry if the other gender enters while you are doing your prayer. Overall it is a pleasant experience. Good food,...
