I like this place because it has spacious and comfortable seating, as well as a calm and uncluttered environment.
However, there are many areas where the restaurant management needs to improve. Food Service The food looks appealing, but the taste is generally average. It doesn’t match the value of the prices compared to other cafes. Additionally, the food is served in disposable containers, which feels more like eating at a roadside stall. I’m not sure if the management is trying to save costs or promote recycling and environmental conservation, but it should be done appropriately.
I’ve tried various types of cakes (Biscoff Cheesecake, Kunafa Chocolate Cake), mini waffles, cucur udang (prawn fritters), and fried rice. All were served in disposable containers with plastic cutlery. The cakes were quite hard—how can one eat them with a plastic spoon? The waffles were the same, whether eaten hot or cold, they remained hard.
As for the cakes, I found the Kunafa Chocolate Cake particularly unappealing. The hard kunafa layer paired with a plastic spoon made it very difficult to eat.
On a positive note, the fried rice and cucur udang were delicious.
The drinks, in general, were good. I’ve tried almost all the coffee options, and they were enjoyable.
My suggestion is that cakes and fried rice should be served on proper plates with metal spoons and forks that match the restaurant’s style and price range. Customer Service As a customer, when we want to learn more about certain menu items, we’ll naturally ask the staff for clarification or details about the dishes. It was disappointing that the staff seemed to lack knowledge about the menu. For example, when I asked about the “Fruits of Eden” tea, they couldn’t explain or describe it. I also inquired whether the mini waffles were served plain or with toppings. The staff assured me there would be chocolate toppings, but when the dish arrived, it was just plain mini waffles. Very disappointing!
I hope the restaurant management takes my suggestions into account. Please note, I am not trying to harm anyone’s business. This is merely feedback as a customer, aimed at encouraging improvements. If I didn’t like this place, I wouldn’t have come back after my first...

Read moreClassic Cucur Udang was above par! Harga berpatutan for a plate consisting of cucur udang yang segar dan banyak 😋🍤 Its special sauce was surprisingly perfect to my liking. A wide selection of delectable desserts and "makanan berat" to choose from. Ramen Cheese was pretty much average, yet the Pistachio Cake appeared to be sumptuous. Cozy ambience as the open air was somewhere rather underrated. Service personnel were polite and courteous as well. Nutella Frappe, on the other hand, didn't really fulfill my expectations. Wajar ditambah baik dari segi rasa dan presentation as for the premium rate. Anyway I will definitely revisit for the Cucur Udang alone, much love from me 🫶🏻 On a side note, the typography is only spelled out as "sarapan". It was never "sarapan pagi" to begin with, as the error exhibits a type of "kelewahan bahasa"....
