Overall, delicious foods. I like the chicken soup better than the tom yum one. I like their customer service, very polite & professional. But unfortunately I don't know her name. Thank you, you did a good job. And also the cashier, very nice & polite. I think her name is Ms. Mimie.

The place, i think it's consider clean because there's one staff keep mopping if the floor is wet because he'll get mad & grumble if people do not dry their hands or washing any utensils that cause that tiny little drop of waters at floor.

And the staffs are quite fast and efficient if you ask them to refill the water and when you're done with eating, they just take it the plate without asking "May I turn off the gas or may I take it the plates?" They just said, "oh you're done right" and proceed with turning off the gas. So i think they want us to chaw early even there's no much people dine in haha

A place with bad layout and presentation. Surrounding area was very dark so it's quite a hassle to find. However, the ambience was nice and windy, as it is near a lake. Performances are available as we're eating. Food wise, blergh. The foods are all frozen, lack of any humane taste, does not excite the human pallette in any way. Variety isn't good, so we're stuck to only a few options of meat and frozen seafood. There's two choices of soup; chicken and tomyum. I had the Tom yum. Tasted decent in my opinion but my partner said otherwise. Only good thing about here is the iced Jasmine tea. Money-wise,...

Very much disappointing. First of all, the price is 40/pax which doesn't sound sense at all for the very limited choices of foods provided. Secondly, the grill takes forever to cook the food. The worst of all, they seldom refills the stock even when they're all run out. Not to mention the limited choices of dipping sauce and very unhygienic serving...
