Iām one of frequent customers & truly enjoy the delicious bun. BUT! In todayās cashless era, QR code payment methods have become incredibly convenient for many customers. Unfortunately, Iāve noticed that your cafe only accepts cash & Iāve seen few times where customers couldnāt purchase anything because didnāt have cash on hand. This not only creates inconvenience for customers but also discourage repeat visits, especially from those who prefer alternative payment methods like e-wallets. Allowing QR payments would make things a lot easier and might help attract more people who prefer cashless options.
If this change isnāt considered, thereās a possibility of losing customers to competitors who offer these modern payment options.
