I’d like to start with the positives. The barista was warm, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable. Her suggestions were on point, and the coffee was absolutely fantastic. The roast was perfect—smooth, not too acidic, with lovely undertones that I really enjoyed.

Now, for the areas that could use improvement. The seating wasn’t great—it felt quite uncomfortable, with hard chairs and minimal padding. It didn’t really encourage you to sit and linger.

The acoustics also made the space a bit challenging. When a group of people with louder voices came in, the noise quickly became overwhelming because there weren’t any soft furnishings like cushions to help absorb the sound. Even the barista chatting with customers added to the volume, which made it harder to enjoy the relaxing vibe I was hoping for.

I visited your shop on 17/7. When I walked in, I greeted the barista with “good morning,” but unfortunately, I received no response, no nod, no smile, not even a glance. It made me feel unwelcome. Throughout the whole interaction, the barista came across as very cold, almost as if she was forced to serve, which was disappointing.

Despite that, I still ordered because I enjoy supporting and trying local brands. The cold brew was okay, and the matcha latte was great.
