Nice drinks and wait time is as expected, but I had an unpleasant experience with one of your staff, named “JAS”. I understand that he may have been stressed as I came around 9pm (assuming he’s been working his shift for quite some time), but I cannot accept that as an excuse to be rude. I was looking at the drinks placed at the pick-up area as I had made an order online. Instead of asking nicely, he said “Hello, excuse me?” in a very rude tone. I just smiled back though I was confused and said nothing. Right after that another customer did the same thing I did (which is look at the numbers printed on the sticker), he did not use the same tone or sentence to assist her. Luckily another staff assisted us after a few minutes as we went to check for the drinks again.

I can understand if what I did was wrong, but seeming that OTHER customers did the same thing yet did not receive the same treatment, I feel that it is quite unfair as a consumer.

Please improve this matter as it has made me more reluctant to purchase from this outlet.
