Very bad customer service. I have reserved the venue(private room) a month earlier and paid 80% from my total bill. 2 days before my event i go there make my full settlement and it shocked me when she told me i'm not eligible for the price i paid earlier because it's mother's day and i need to pay extra. My question is, why need the customer go there only then u tell them? Why u agree and accept the deposit 80% from the total amount at the first place? Then we settled by paying extra money to secure the "private room". Finally, during our event it shocked me when our supposedly "private event party" is not private at all because they open 1 round table consist of 10person to dine in with us in our "private room". Would unlikely consider this place ever again. It's hectic, the service is horrible, no teamwork from the staff. It is usually packed and messy at times.

You would be sitting very near to other tables next to you. The drinks are so late and slow to serve. You would only get your rice after your 3rd dish has been served. Wew.

However, i would still accept them for the taste of the dishes served.

I dont usually review or rate a place in the internet, but this is a must.

Edit: Came to the place for the second time - to give it another try. But this time, it was less hectic due to no events next door.

*DO NOT COME!!!! Super slow service. Waited for 1 hour and finished our rice+dishes yet our remaining dishes still havent out (after asking another waiter, the food is yet to be cooked too). Food is okay but the auntie waitress, cashier lady and the overall customer service are totally, outrageously bad. Ordered 4 pax dish but was charged a 6 pax dish price. Talked to the cashier but she was ignorant too. My family came here previously and they were charged only wrongly as well. NEVER...
