At the ground floor, only few tables and chairs are available for dining in maybe as a precaution move due to COVID-19. Service was a bit slow in my opinion. Once, I ordered menu here thru KFC app for self collect, when I reached there, the menu wasn't available so I was really disappointed that it had to be changed to other menu. Please don't show menu that's currently not available in the store, the app should have 'real time tracking' for the menu as in other fast food app based on my experience. Refund couldn't be done at the moment which I hope all business entities that use online transactions please find a way that refund can be done immediately for unfulfilled order. A popular outlet with big crowds during lunch breaks. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. They serve the standard menu of chicken with side dishes of coleslaw, wedges and whipped potatoes. They also have a Malaysian style breakfast of nasi lemak and porridge for breakfast. Service is fast and pricing reasonable. The deals were very good value for money. You should try the loaded bowl. The quality of food was probably better than in other outlets. In addition, the prices were cheaper. The staff are very efficient. Once in a while, a visit to KFC for a meal is good...
