Kuro Ramen & Rice — Restaurant in Borneo

A new Japanese restaurant in town with a pretty good selection of Japanese dishes. Their specialty seems to be their ramen and stone bowl rice (yet to try both). Decided to go with something lighter for dinner and got their roll and takoyaki. Takoyaki batter tasted heavy like cake and the sauce was a bit too little. The roll was okay, albeit the very thin salmon on it. Would come back again to try their specialties.

Our first meal arrived after a 30-minute wait. It seems there may have been insufficient staff, resulting in slow service. We recommend ordering menu items individually rather than all at once.
