Pizza Hut Delivery Kingfisher — Restaurant in Borneo

I ordered my usual 3 pizzas from the app with add ons. The app showed that all menus are available but after payment was made, I was contacted by the restaurant informing that all my pizzas need to be changed to another type (which I dislike) since they ran out of the sauce needed to make the pizza. I had no choice but to accept since the payment had went through.

This is basically a scam since what was advertised was not there. If I had known earlier, I would not order or just ordered at another restaurant. Plus, how hard is it to update the app ealier if the menu are not there. Very...

Needs an aesthetic upgrade, looks run down. Front desk/cashier seemed very communicative. Though I hate the part where I'm sitting there waiting for my pizza, the guy at the back made it SOUND and LOOKED like it wasn't made with care. That alone made me though my pizza was done bad, the results were BAD. I can say you can go there, order a pepperoni pizza and it'll taste different EACH. AND. EVERY.
