Fried chicken is quite good, IF they remember your order.

Service is extremely chaotic, everytime . They don’t write down your orders even though they can’t seem to remember clearly. I’ve been there a few times for lunch, and everytime its either the number of pieces of chicken is incorrect, the part of chicken given is incorrect or there would be some confusion during payment. Green tea legend drink is listed as rm2.50 on the menu but they asked to pay rm3 instead. We’ve suggested them to write down their orders, especially he crowd gets busy, but the person incharge looked extremely offended and unhappy about this, didn’t even apologize for the forgotten pieces of chicken or missed orders. Because today, I waited 15 minutes for a piece of fried chicken which I ordered 3 times at the counter. In the end, I still had no chicken, and the staff seemed indifferent, and couldn’t remember at all. The person who came later, got his order faster than me. I suggested the cook to take down their orders next time, but was met with grumpy face instead. Mind you the shop sells just rice and fried chicken, with the occasional 1-2 extra lauk and standard drinks. Not very complicated.

Sudah beberapa kali pergi, tapi order selalu ada yang tidak betul. Ambil order, main cakap saja tidak kena tulis, tapi bukannya boleh diingat. Order satu ketul sahaja Ayam goreng, kasih cofirm 3 kali sudah order saya, lepas 15 minit belum dapat lagi. Apabila ditanya orang yang terima order itu, dia tanya balik dengan saya lagi, apa order saya, tapi orang lain yang datang lebih lewat sudah dapat makanan. So saya cancel order. Kawan saya order minuman green tea legend. Harga yang terpapar dalam menu ialah rm2.50, tapi semasa bayar, kena suruh bagi rm3. Apabila kena bagi cadangan untuk tuliskan order supaya tidak lupa lain kali, masam pula muka pekerja. Seolah-olah salah saya pula.

Ordered the Nasi Kukus Ayam Double — and honestly, they’ve got some serious quality control to work on. Whoever thought watery, diluted chili sauce would go well with fried chicken clearly didn’t taste-test it first. The curry sides? Oily, bland, and somehow still watery. Even the Indian restaurant next door does a better job.

The chicken was overcooked and hard enough to double as a weapon — crunchy, yes, but not in a good, crispy way. Plus, beware of those sharp crunchy bits that might just poke your mouth!

I get that they’re going for “jimat and berbaloi”, but sorry — RM11.90 for this?...

I came with my friend. Sit there for about 15 minutes without being served. That time there's only 2 occupied table including us. When the other table being served, I call the staff to order but being asked to wait. 5 minutes later we still not served while the other table has been served with the nasi kukus and water.

There's only 2 table including us were occupied but for about 20 minutes not even 1 staff served us! While the 2nd table has started eating!

Asked to wait when called the staff. But still not even being asked for drink.
