I’m writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the disgraceful behavior of one of your staff members, Amisa (or someone by that name). What happened today was completely unacceptable, and I expect serious action to be taken immediately.

I simply asked if they had lime and sugar syrup. After giving me the lime, she went back to her preparation work. I politely asked again, thinking she might have misheard me — and to my shock, she turned around with an annoyed face and snapped at me, saying "Sabar lah bosku!" in an extremely rude and condescending tone.

When I confronted her and told her this is not how you speak to customers, she sarcastically said “sorry” while jumping around like a clown — clearly mocking me and not taking the situation seriously at all. This is how your staff treats paying customers?

To make things worse, another staff member came over to apologize on her behalf and said, “She’s always like that.” So I’m not the only one she’s disrespected? Is this behavior normal in your establishment? Has management just been ignoring this?

Even after everything, Amisa continued laughing like nothing happened, showing zero remorse. This is not just bad service — this is straight-up disrespect.

I strongly urge the management to take immediate and serious disciplinary action against her. If this is the kind of behavior you allow from your staff, then clearly something is very wrong in how this place is being run.

Do something about it — or I’ll make sure this gets the attention it...

Heard of the seafood is as good as other famous seafood restaurant. Unfortunately, customer service is really bad.

First of all, waiting to be seated, understood there are lots of customers to be attended so we don't mind to wait.

After get assigned a table, the table is still left with dirty stains , some unfinished drinks, and no body bother with it. I have been asking the waiters for 3 times, the first and second waiters show me a SOUR face like I am so annoying, 2 different waiters.

Fine, calling another waiter and she asked us to wait and she call for another waiter come to clean the table, and till.. the dirty stains(soup leftover) on table was dripping down from the table.

Waiting for 10 minutes and no body do their job~ It is okay,you have lost one of the customers ( that may not be important one) , but strictly I will recommend my friends who come for Sabah trip, pls go to Welxxxx Seafood as priority because their service is much better altho they have a lot of customers need to be attended.

For your information, I am working in a customer service line too and I know how challenging it could be when comes to high crowd of walk-in, but your service need much improvement where you shouldn't treat your customer...

Came here on a Wednesday night. The crowd was quite crazy. The staffs are very busy and occupied and they don’t really have time to entertain you. We waited for a while for the table, which is expected and it’s fine to us, but we waited for a while for the service crew to take our order.

We reached here about 8pm but most of their seafood already sold out. We asked for the sayur puncuk manis availability while ordering and they said it’s available so we sit in and ordered since we came here specially for that vegetable. No crab, no mantis and some shelled seafood but acceptable to us since we wanted to try the vegetable.

We ended up placed order for boiled prawn, steamed dragon grouper, sizzling tofu, soft shell crab, and sayur puncuk manis.

After waiting time of more than 1 hour, all the tables around us which included those arrived later than us received their food. That’s when we find it weird and look for the service crews for our food status.

The food slowly arrived right after we ask, which are the fish, prawn, and soft shell crab. The fish looked like it’s missing some of the meat, and the plate was cold and no heat at all. We asked the staff and she said it was normal and maybe the food was left unattended at kitchen since everyone is busy. Ok so we accepted her proposal to reheat the food and continue eating.

After quite a long while the tofu finally arrived, however it is not the sizzling tofu we ordered. It’s obviously the minced meat tofu. We asked the waitress serving the dish and she said the sizzling tofu was sold out, we were surprised no one informed us but were willing to accept it. We asked her about the vegetable status and she said it actually sold out. We were shocked and the crew captain came to us trying to understand the situation. She told us the vegetable was sold out and we were the 12th person telling her that we came here specially for the vegetable. 🙄 ok fine, she even said the sizzling tofu was actually not wrong, it’s just the plate different because no more sizzling plate. Then I asked where’s the egg in the tofu? She was speechless and said the kitchen forgot about it. I could accept if you said it’s sold out and changed a dish or explain it to us. Not telling us lies treating us as dumb.

The food arrived however tasted ok, nothing too exceptional. We had better experience despite long waiting time at other restaurants.

I won’t even be so angry if they didn’t lie but this is the way they answer and it really made us had a bad night. None of us enjoyed the food and we left with empty stomach.

TLDR: Will not recommend. It’s overrated. Service bad as service crew thought I’m dumb.

食物中规中矩,人潮很多,对他们服务别有太大期望。

星期三晚上8点左右到了餐馆,桌子都满了所以等了一会儿,服务员都很忙没什么时间理我们,我们没关系,都可以理解。最后找到了一张桌子坐了下来,等了好一会儿才有人来点单。

我们第一时间问了还有没有沙巴薯仔菜,服务员说有我们就立刻下单了,大家都很兴奋因为我们就是为了这菜来的。不过可能太晚了,很多海鲜都没了,螃蟹、皮皮虾、田螺都没了。最后点了沙巴薯仔菜、咸蛋软壳蟹、白灼虾、铁板豆腐、清蒸老虎斑。

然后我们等了超过一小时,看到旁边几桌比我们迟来的顾客都陆陆续续上菜了。我们就问了服务员我们的菜怎么还没上。我们一问就突然上菜了,软壳蟹、清蒸鱼和白灼虾陆陆续续来了。可是清蒸鱼已经凉了,蒸盘一点热都没了,感觉已经煮了好久都放凉了。而且看起来鱼肉好像不见了一小部分,感觉好像被人吃过。服务员把captain叫了过来,她说不可能被吃过,可能就是太忙没人从厨房拿出来,她可以帮我们弄热。那好吧算了,我们接受了。

过了好一会儿豆腐也终于来了,可是很明显不是铁板豆腐,就是肉碎豆腐。问了上菜的服务员说铁板豆腐没了,所以可能换了肉碎豆腐。那就算了我们接受吧,就叫她帮我们看看菜在哪里,她说菜没了,我们都傻眼了。captain过来了说菜没了可以退掉或者换一种菜,我们就说我们就是特地为了这菜来的。她说我们是第十二个这样说的了🙄。算了,那我的铁板豆腐呢?她说其实就是铁板豆腐,就是铁板没了放在这个碟子上。好那你说说蛋呢??她说可能厨房忘了放…….🙄🙄🙄...

Service bad as service crew thought I’m dumb. 食物中规中矩,人潮很多,对他们服务别有太大期望。 星期三晚上8点左右到了餐馆,桌子都满了所以等了一会儿,服务员都很忙没什么时间理我们,我们没关系,都可以理解。最后找到了一张桌子坐了下来,等了好一会儿才有人来点单。 我们第一时间问了还有没有沙巴薯仔菜,服务员说有我们就立刻下单了,大家都很兴奋因为我们就是为了这菜来的。不过可能太晚了,很多海鲜都没了,螃蟹、皮皮虾、田螺都没了。最后点了沙巴薯仔菜、咸蛋软壳蟹、白灼虾、铁板豆腐、清蒸老虎斑。 然后我们等了超过一小时,看到旁边几桌比我们迟来的顾客都陆陆续续上菜了。我们就问了服务员我们的菜怎么还没上。我们一问就突然上菜了,软壳蟹、清蒸鱼和白灼虾陆陆续续来了。可是清蒸鱼已经凉了,蒸盘一点热都没了,感觉已经煮了好久都放凉了。而且看起来鱼肉好像不见了一小部分,感觉好像被人吃过。服务员把captain叫了过来,她说不可能被吃过,可能就是太忙没人从厨房拿出来,她可以帮我们弄热。那好吧算了,我们接受了。 过了好一会儿豆腐也终于来了,可是很明显不是铁板豆腐,就是肉碎豆腐。问了上菜的服务员说铁板豆腐没了,所以可能换了肉碎豆腐。那就算了我们接受吧,就叫她帮我们看看菜在哪里,她说菜没了,我们都傻眼了。captain过来了说菜没了可以退掉或者换一种菜,我们就说我们就是特地为了这菜来的。她说我们是第十二个这样说的了🙄。算了,那我的铁板豆腐呢?她说其实就是铁板豆腐,就是铁板没了放在这个碟子上。好那你说说蛋呢??她说可能厨房忘了放…….🙄🙄🙄 你这真的以为我很好骗啊??? 你讲什么话?你当我没吃过铁板豆腐???这种话你都说得出.. 你还真当我是傻傻的??? 真的气死,如果不骗我我都不那么生气。最后大家都不开心还吃不饱。 别去别去别去大踩雷。
