It's quite far from the Kota Kinabalu town centre, located at Menggatal Plaza, one of the branch outside KK area. There's seats for those who wants to chillax here. The staffs are nice, it's not as packed as the other branches (especially those in the malls) so you'll receive your orders quite fast. Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy...

OPERATION HOURS; not sure jam 10 ni maksudnya last call atau memang completely close suda. SERVICE; counter buka, terima customer berbaris panjang, tapi coffee machine baru kasi on. time order dorg tidak inform kena tunggu coffee machine etc. main ambil order ja, suda la time tu sy rushing. lepas tu dorg bukan recommend drinks yg sama harga dgn black diamond coffee. i dont know the actual price for the substitution drink, tapi sy sebut apa yg terlintas ja (mango fruit juice large). bila tgk resit, rugi dlm RM3 hm tealive lain boleh ja suggest drinks apa yg lebih kurang dgn harga purchase, kenapa sini nda boleh? baru kerja seminggu dua ka?

Ordering is smooth. Speed is ok. BUT the sofas, omg, very dirty. Should ask ur staff to at least try to clean it properly or even better if u can send them to the cleaning service. Stains...
