DERAK CAFE — Restaurant in Dungun

the service is quite slow. the staff do apologize for their slow service because according to him, they need to cater 'many customers'..fyi, there were more than 10 tables available and only 4 tables occupied at that time including us, and all of them already get their food..

the food? ordered ayam geprek with spiciest sambal they got..unfortunately the sambal came in verrrryyy small portion and if u request for extra sambal, u need to pay extra rm2..is it spicy as claimed? spicy lover, will never find it spicy..no spice at all..

my friend ordered chicken chop..the food was getting prepared veeeerryyyy slow, my friends almost slept for good 15mins..again the quality of the food? there were parts where the food was uncooked..maybe we were unlucky that night for that kind of service..

are we gonna repeat?...

For that RM19 nasi lemak chicken chop I was expecting an acceptable customer service attitude. Nasi lemak sambal and chicken chop was nice, but the nasi lemak itself was soggy as f- tastes more like porridge than rice.

That is nothing compared to the lady server attitude, asked her to wipe the table off, she just came back and hand out tissue right on my face. So apparently, customers have to wipe our own table.

When serving she just came out, placed the drinks on the edge of the table and go away. The guy seemed to have better customer service attitude. That lady seemed like no business to be ...

A bit hard to find their place if you don’t slow down early on. Its place is quite comfy despite it being beside the road. Order and pay your food at the counter and then they will deliver your food later on. Had my dinner here with a friend, I ordered Mee Kari and Oreo Vanilla which were certainly satisfying and good with a good price. Their Mee Kari at that time is a bit salty and yet still taste good. Their staffs are friendly and gave good...
