I just want to share a bit of my bad expirence today after ordered from secret recipe balik pulau … i place order on grab food for my uncle that staying in the area ..bcos im from kl… after placing order payment done and the food arrived to my uncle house … when the food arrived my uncle did give me a call and said thx for it i do ask how was everything he said all good and got the pasta he loved as what i ordered … im glad he enjoy …after 10-20 min i get a spam call i didn’t pick up at first but after 2-3 call i picked up .. i was so busy working that time … and one of the staff said they send a wrong order to the location… i was like okay what do u want me to do …as she was pushing me to call my uncle to confirm the wrong order.. i did call and yeah they send the wrong one to him …at this moment i just want to shared what she said ( the staff ) to me on call before i call my uncle to confirm …she said they give out the wrong order my reply i understand , then she was pushing me to double confirm asap then i was im okay to pay i dont mind.. then she was like if lets say u said they send the right order.. i will ask grab to go and collect the items back from the address ( when she talk she doesn’t give me a chance for me to say a words) imagine you are sending this to someone special and all this happened… plus its not nice when you already give someone to eat and take it back … by saying i will ask driver go and take it back from the location …. THAT REALLY BLOW MY MIND …I have 0 problems of paying like i told her … but the staff mindset is terrible and unacceptable pls provide them more training…. Im handling fnb too i understand how’s the flow and how hard to handle a business but there’s always a better way to settle with customers …. I do call them after I confirm they send the wrong one but they doesn’t pick up …at this point i just want to let the staff know pls don’t just say what you feels from your heart …this is business keep it professional IM NOT YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO SAID THINGS LIKE THAT…i know u guys did mistake …but pls remember i didn’t do any wrong here …U GUYS DID …pls don’t call and say all this bullshit and make me feels like im stealing food from your restaurant …. I hope the manager and owner provide them a better training that other customer won’t...

Service wise, did not provide enough serviette according to number of pax. Asked to provide, the Staff just add one piece. We have more people, still not enough! Asking for ketchup and chilli sauce, brought us an almost empty bottle. Sauce ran out. Asked again, brought us another almost empty bottle! Until we went to the counter to feedback, then only the Staff was told and brought a new sauce bottle. We thought it was only us, but observed another Pakcik and family at another table had same issue with the Staff. Calling and re-calling. Call once get only one is it? Smart a bit la your Staff, you are in the food service job!
The girl Staff serving the tables are very rude and not friendly. Totally no smile on her face! I can see the slack attitude in serving customers. Will not want to go back patronizing this Secret...

Kita x dpt scan and x detect bar code.. Even though kita pakai 3 different phone.. And your staff.. (nisa) blh ckp.. Maybe the line problem.. So..any action or solution beside kita nk tggu line ok.. X kan u x blh ambk order manual.. Surprising.. She answered to me.. X blh.. Kmi bnyk kerja lg nk buat..dgn staff x ckup..(even only me 4pax in outlet)(3 staff at outlet) Lg pun mmg kena scan.. Senang nk tgk.. Bnyk barang x ada dlm menu... Its that the way u answer to the customer..no solution.. No action.. I bring my parents to have a dinner they.. So we decide to walk out..still your staff never say sorry or try to put some effort tuk bantu cust order..yes...if u don't care about revenue...but please ada perasaan timbang rasa nk membantu memudahkan...
