One of the worst steamboat experience i've ever had. Came here for the first time with friends expecting it to at least be descent despite after reading some bad comments thinking it wouldn't be that bad.
We ordered the Signature Pork Tripe Chicken Hotpot and 9 side dishes including some beef and pork slices. Turns out the meat that came out wasn't like what was shown in the menu. They came out unfrozen and not like what they show in the picture in the menu ( rolled and frozen ). And not just that, the beef that came is also very low quality for its price ( fat will turn yellow when cooked).
Other dishes were fine, I mean, how can you mess up uncooked dishes like vegetables and tofu right? Downside is that the portions are really really small for the price. Soup was REALLY salty and they didn't even bother to refill our drinks despite charging service tax.
Towards the end of the meal one of us decided to use the toilet and there was only one toilet in the restaurant and it is out of service. The bill came to be over 70 Ringgit per person.
Really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to leave this restaurant with a hole in your pocket and feeling...

The service crew were efficient and friendly. The prices are relatively good for the quality and...
