ZUS Coffee - Taman Merdeka, Melaka — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

As a regular customer of Zus Coffee, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the ambiance of your cafes. However, I have been experiencing a significant inconvenience due to the inconsistent opening hours at this outlet. Actually, I have encountered a similar situation at this outlet a month ago. This morning, I arrived at 8 am, as per the opening time displayed on the door. To my disappointment, the outlet was not yet open, and a sign indicated that it was closed. When I inquired with a staff about the opening time, I was informed that the outlet would open at 8.30 am following a supervisor's instruction. I pointed out the 8 am opening time on the door, and the staff asked me to wait while checked with the supervisor. As someone with experience in retail management, I understand that importance of punctuality and the impact it has on customer satisfaction. It is frustrating to arrive at a business opening hours only to find it not yet operational. So what is the point open at 8 am. This is not only disrupts the plans of customers but also reflects poorly on the brand's reliability and commitment to service. If it is not feasible for the outlet to open on time due to staffing or operational challenges, I would strongly recommend adjusting the opening hours to reflect the actual time the outlet is prepared to serve customers.
