A shop that has a long history but when this time I went, I feel that it's very different from how it used to be. The food is not as shown in the menu. Plating is simply done. Looks like you don't put effort in the appearance of the food at all. Taste is also normal.

One of us ordered the fish & chip with rice. Instead of dressing the cheesy sauce on top, it's mixed altogether with the fish. It's disgusting. Also the fish is just a few pieces, it looks miserable.

Second one is the grilled chicken burger. It was served with a simple white plate instead of the metal box shown in the menu (c'mon man I'm not in KFC). The fries also taste like the ones you can buy in the supermarket (the cheapest one).

I know I can't expect too much, but tbf I'd rather go for western food in the hawker center...

Extremely bad experience. Waited AN HOUR for our orders to arrive, while the waiter (whom we asked to check on our order) hung around at the back, seemingly nervous/scared to come back and let us know about the progress. Instead, he sent the manager/boss to assure us the order was coming out.. TWICE (within 15mins interval) with the same line of "it's almost done" and brushed us off.

Food finally arrived. The fries and chicken chop were room temperature, if not leaning more towards cold. Definitely not warm or even, hot, like it was just cooked.

What kind of a service is this? We only stayed on because my mom was too nice to get up and leave as we would. Never...

Not first time, been here multiple times but with different groups of friends and family.

On weekends it is usually a bit crowded and the order may take slightly longer to complete, so have a bit of patience la.

Weekdays, order taking until food served is lightning fast, maybe on par with some fast food chains.

Price for the food was on par with the general market that offers similar dining environment, acceptable taste. Environment was also quite clean and tidy. Good for larger groups up to 10pax as there's enough space to combine...
