This place was recommended by one of the influencer and claims that the chef is from Ipoh. Well, I’m from Ipoh too. Giving this new place a try and so, we simply order a few dishes. 炒萝卜糕 - as you see from the picture, the standard is almost equivalent to coffee shop. 虾卖 - it look nice from the menu. Actual product all stick together. 芋角 - the paste is extremely salty 猪肠粉 - as seen from my photo. Not sure what kind of sauce they are using. It’s tasteless. 明虾角 - inside is quite empty. Like having flour itself. The only thing that never go wrong is my pot of tea. But I need to refill water myself using thermal flask. A bit ridiculous to me. There is a notice stated that you might need to wait 30-50mins for your foods to be served. Correct, but I would be happy If they serve me tea first. Else I’ll be sitting there for nothing. The steamed dishes are cooked to perfection, and you can taste the love and care that goes into each and every bite. The flavors are very prominent, the ingredients are fresh.

Don't be in a rush, relax, and enjoy the experience! The wait is worth it, and the staffs are obviously a family. The young daughters of the owner are very quiet but friendly and attentive.
