Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Today, I ordered meals through online around 7:30pm. I was told that I should collect my order around 7:54pm and I reached the outlet at 8pm. When i entered and enquire about my order, they informed that they just received my order and I need to wait about 20mins to collect my order. When I questioned the staff, she told me that she don't know and she just receive the order. Adding on, I waited there and the service was very slow and the environment was freaking hot.

Then, I contacted the PIC through the whatsapp QR, her name was Shamimie. When I explained to her regarding my order, she just asked me which outlet and informed me that she is driving and asked my to send my order details through whatsapp. Upon sent, she gave me excuse that my order was big thats why it was late. Then, I explained that What happened and she replied me that she is driving and will get back to me in a while. But, till now I have not receive any feedback or reply from them. I think this is the most unprofessional pizza hut staff I've met. Instead of finishing up my order, the staff (there were 2 of them) kept chit chatting. It was taking so long, so my mom had to step in and tell them to hurry up. I odered the new menu which was the melts with a side of onion rings. First of all, the presentation for the melts looked really sloppy, but it tasted ok. For the onion rings, they put it in a medium sized box so i expected there to be alot of it. I called 07 231 4933 @10pm today asking regarding my order. Staff that answered my call didn’t take my question seriously, since i ordered online thru apps.
