Updated Review as at Dec 2023: Still good food and this time tried the curry noodles. Very delicious.
Very interesting hidden place with no obvious signage. People drive past wondering what is the buzzling about! When we walked in, i was surprised to find many young people dining there. A resident house converted to a dining place. The signature must be the fried chicken because every table is having it! I like that the fried chicken can be ordered by the various parts! There are exotic ones like fried chicken feets and the various chicken spare parts! I didnt ate the exotic ones. The fried chicken was freshly fried and tasted good. Very well seasoned and goes with good accompanied chilli. Good...

Not long ago, a colleague brought Kivvi Goh to Ah Seng in the Plentong to taste the food. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a place Kivvi frequented with friends during childhood, and the memories suddenly rushed back – the taste is still so delicious! A few days later, Kivvi brought June Tan to visit this place for breakfast. Ah Seng once famous for fried kway teow, continued to attract customers, both old and new, with equally famous fried chicken and fried tofu after passing the business to his son! We ordered a bowl of laksa, a plate of nasi lemak with fried chicken thigh, and four pieces of fried tofu. This hearty and ample breakfast only cost RM19.80, which is quite cheap! The fried chicken and fried tofu here are crispy on the outside and tender inside, especially when paired with the special chili sauce, making it irresistible.
