The reason why i give 1 star are because, i came to the cafe to have a peaceful mind, but suddenly i heard someone shouting yada yada .. turn around and there's one girl, i think its their manager or boss, shouting and get mad at her staff for being late .. yes it's the staff fault but please, DO NOT EMBARASSED YOUR STAFF INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMER. Dah lah aku nak minum pun tak tenang sbb ttibe kena dgr org kena marah, lepastuh tgk boss tuh tak minta maaf pun sbb malukan...

Ordered Pecan Praline Latte at Gigi Coffee via FoodPanda apps. Clearly wrote “less sweet” and even mentioned “half syrup”. Barista decided to educate me by writing “Pecan already without sugar. TQ” on the cup lid. Yes. He/she wrote it using permanent marker ON THE CUP LID !!!!!!

Sorry, but…was that necessary? Misunderstood my request and left a note like that? If you’re confused, ask. No need for passive-aggressive cup commentary. WOW.

New Gigi Coffee outlet with variety choices of coffee & foods. Well trained & very nice staf. Always be my favourite coffee after Starbucks. Leftover always clean on time. Place are very condusive, good for chilling out also relaxing & prices affordable. The spaces inside & outside for dine-in are really cozy enough. Totally recommended & love it!!!...
